Staying Safe
At Street Assist Edinburgh we aim to make sure that everyone we interact with finds a safe route home. We're here to help on Fridays and Saturdays from 2200 until 0400 but what can you do you help and keep yourself safe?
Our #endyournightright campaign highlights our key tips on how to stay safe when you're on a night out and our volunteers are available to help via our dedicated phone line. Below are some other tips and campaigns that we would recommend.

Spikeys & Stop Tops
What's a Spikey?
Spikeys are a useful tool to mitigate the risk of spiking when drinking from bottles. This anti-spiking product fits tightly in bottles, blocking the entrance from being open to having additional substances added.
Insert the Spikey into your bottle and push your straw through.
What's a Stop Topp?
StopTopps are versatile drink-protectors that have been designed to deter drink spikers. They are suitable for any drinking vessel commonly found in pubs and clubs, including cans, bottles and glasses.
Peel the Stop Topp from it's backing, stick over your cup and push your straw through.
