Our Street Assist Edinburgh volunteers were so proud to take part in the Edinburgh 900 People’s Procession. Walking alongside so many incredible groups that make this city what it is was a truly special experience.
We had an amazing time celebrating Edinburgh’s history, community, and spirit – and of course, doing it all together as a team!
Kiltwalk 2026

Summer City - Welfare Hub
In partnership with Edinburgh Council, Scottish Ambulance Service, Police Scotland & Essential Edinburgh we delivered the Welfare Hub Service over the 3 nights of the recent Oasis concerts. We welcomed along Michael Dickson, CEO of the Scottish Ambulance Service who visited to learn more about this unique pilot project.

Neil Logan, founder of charity Street Assist, is among the most outspoken campaigners for a night czar post in Edinburgh.
He and his team of volunteers – mostly young trainee paramedics and student doctors – head out on the streets every Friday and Saturday night, helping people get home safe.
